RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns are for Store Credit Only. No Refunds. Equipment being returned for store credit must be in new condition in original packaging. If a product is not in new condition or in original packaging a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the store credit to be issued.
Any products received for Store Credit that is in any of the following conditions are not ELIGIBLE for STORE CREDIT:
Any product not purchased from Xtreme Lefty Guitars, Inc.
Any product with missing, damaged, altered or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label and or warranty label.
Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
Any product that exhibits physical damage.
If you received your product damaged, please contact Xtreme Lefty Guitars, Inc. within 24 hours upon delivery of the product. The date of delivery will be verified by the tracking number from the delivery carrier,(USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying a product.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges.
